Welcome to Dailkaro.com ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by AADHYA ENTERPRISE. By accessing, browsing, or using this Platform in any manner — including through our website, mobile application, or any related services — you ("User", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on this Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued access to or use of the Platform constitutes your binding acceptance of all Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Platform Description

Dailkaro.com is an online local services marketplace that connects individuals and businesses ("Users") with independent service providers ("Service Providers") such as plumbers, electricians, cooks, cleaners, AC technicians, and various other professionals across India.

Dailkaro.com acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not directly employ, endorse, or guarantee any Service Provider listed on the Platform. We facilitate connections and may assist in transactions, but we are not a party to any service agreement between Users and Service Providers.

The Platform also enables businesses to list their products and services, making Dailkaro.com a comprehensive directory and transactional marketplace. All transactions conducted through the Platform are subject to these Terms.

User Eligibility

Use of this Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are minors (under the age of 18 years), un-discharged insolvents, or otherwise incompetent to contract are not eligible to use this Platform.

By registering on or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation;
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

User Accounts

Certain features of the Platform may require registration. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us at support@dailkaro.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. Dailkaro.com shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account if you fail to promptly report such unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the Platform.

Orders & Bookings

When you place a service booking or order through Dailkaro.com, you are making an offer to engage the services of a Service Provider at the rates and conditions displayed on the Platform. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from us or the respective Service Provider.

Dailkaro.com reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking at its discretion in cases including but not limited to:

• Unavailability of the Service Provider;
• Errors in the pricing or description of services;
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;
• Technical or system errors during booking;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government orders, or public emergencies.

Users are advised to verify service details and communicate requirements clearly with Service Providers. Dailkaro.com does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any service rendered by Service Providers.

Payments & Razorpay Integration

All payments on Dailkaro.com are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, a third-party payment gateway duly authorized under applicable RBI regulations. By making a payment on the Platform, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

Dailkaro.com accepts payments via:

• Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex);
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface) and UPI AutoPay;
• Net Banking across major Indian banks;
• Razorpay Wallet and other supported digital wallets;
• EMI (Equated Monthly Installments) where applicable.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Dailkaro.com is not responsible for any additional charges levied by your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider including but not limited to currency conversion fees or transaction charges.

Subscriptions, Auto-Renewals & Apple App Store Terms

Dailkaro.com may offer premium subscription-based services, features, or memberships through our website and mobile applications, including subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your subscription may automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period unless auto-renewal is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing cycle ends.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal period;
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime from your Apple App Store account settings;
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, may be forfeited after purchasing a subscription;
• Subscription pricing, duration, and included benefits are displayed inside the application before purchase.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our complete Refund and Cancellation Policy is detailed on our dedicated Refund Policy page. In summary:

• Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, the time of cancellation, and the specific terms agreed at the time of booking;
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be eligible for a full refund;
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee;
• No refunds are issued for services that have been fully rendered and accepted by the User;
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Dailkaro.com reserves the right to assess each refund request individually and may request supporting documentation before processing any refund.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on or through the Platform:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, reviews, or information;
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Platform;
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
• Engaging in any conduct that violates applicable Indian laws including the IT Act, 2000;
• Soliciting Service Providers to transact outside the Platform to bypass fees;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or Service Providers;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful, immoral, or unauthorized purpose.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, or both at Dailkaro.com's sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design ("Content") is the exclusive property of AADHYA ENTERPRISE or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services, content, and materials available thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Dailkaro.com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform or the quality of services rendered by Service Providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, AADHYA ENTERPRISE, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any service rendered or not rendered by a Service Provider;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any third-party content or services accessible through the Platform;
• Any transaction between you and a Service Provider.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Dailkaro.com in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties, and the seat and venue of arbitration shall be Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

The arbitrator's award shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the Arbitration clause above, the courts located at Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform.

These Terms are subject to applicable Indian laws including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and rules and regulations framed thereunder.

RBI Card Tokenization Compliance

In compliance with the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") guidelines on Card-on-File Tokenization (CoFT) issued under circular RBI/2021-22/17 and subsequent amendments, Dailkaro.com does not store actual card data — including full card numbers (PAN), CVV/CVC, or expiry dates — on its servers.

All card storage and tokenization is handled exclusively by our payment partner Razorpay, which is a certified Payment Aggregator under the RBI Payment Aggregator Guidelines. When you save your card for future transactions on our Platform:

• A secure, unique token is created by Razorpay against your card with the respective card network (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.);
• Only this token is stored, not your actual card data;
• All recurring or future transactions are executed using this token;
• You may delete saved cards/tokens at any time from your account settings;
• Every transaction requires your explicit authentication (2FA/OTP) as mandated by RBI.
